Last night hip-hop heads and Meek Mill vs Drake beef followers got what they’ve all been waiting for. Meek Mill finally responded to the two diss tracks released by Drake by releasing “Wanna Know”, but… the listeners’ responses weren’t too pretty. Twitter went into a frenzy going as far to say that Meek Mill’s career was over and that he made a complete wrong move by making allegations about Drake having a ghost writer. Give it a listen yourself, then tell us what you think about it below: https://soundcloud.com/djfunkflexapp/meek-mill-feat-quentin-miller-wanna-know-prod-by-jahlil-beats-swizz-beatz

Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift Feud Over MTV VMA Awards

An unintentional Twitter beef recently erupted between Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift.

It all started when Nicki tweeted  about her frustrations with MTV for not including her “Anaconda” video in the group of VMA nominations for Video of the Year.

She accused MTV of favoring music videos featuring women with slimmer frames unlike the voluptuous women shown in her “Anaconda” video.

"If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year. I'm not always confident. Just tired. Black women influence pop culture so much but are rarely rewarded for it,” Nicki tweeted.

And though Nicki only addressed MTV in her tweet, Taylor made the assumption that Nicki’s “slim body” reference was about her and replied with her own snarky tweet.

"@NICKIMINAJ I've done nothing but love & support you. It's unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot..” Taylor responded.

Not one to back down from a shade fest, Nicki responded to Taylor tweeting, “U must not be reading my tweets. Didn't say a word about u.”

Taylor then responded AGAIN—this time apologizing to Nicki and Nicki seemingly accepted Taylor’s apology.

“I thought I was being called out. I missed the point, I misunderstood, then misspoke. I'm sorry, Nicki,” Taylor tweeted while Nicki responded, “I've always loved her. Everyone makes mistakes. She gained so much more respect from me. Let's move on.”

Do you think Taylor and Nicki’s shade fest is really over or were they just playing nice?

Social media users were throwing shade at Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill for their lackluster kiss on Meek’s recent webisode last week, but Omeeka most definitely silenced those haters when they performed together on the Pinkprint tour in Dallas, Texas.

Nicki not only performed her love song “All Eyes on You” with Meek, she kissed him several times on stage and even took a moment to lick his face!

Meek naturally responded with a huge grin and pulled Nicki close to him as he grabbed her waist.

“I don’t want to kiss. I just wanna lick you,” Nicki said on the mic.

Meek responded, “I must be a lucky-ass n*gga.”

That you are Meek.

After an arrest earlier in the day yesterday, a house search ensued that ended up with weapon and drug charges for Young Thug. The earlier arrest resulted from an incident where Young Thug allegedly made terroristic threats. If those charges aren’t enough, the Atlanta rapper has also been listed as a possible participant in a potential plot to kill his arch enemy Lil’ Wayne. This comes as no surprise as there has been an ongoing beef between Lil’ Wayne and the Birdman/Young Thug duo.

We’ll keep you updated as details continue to roll out.

Charity games are fun filled events dedicated to raising money for a designated cause in a peaceful way, right? Well, not in this case. Allegedly, Lil’ Wayne went after a referee at a charity basketball game over the weekend. The irony of it all? The charity is called, “Stop the Violence.” Apparently Lil’ Wayne got upset because the referee was making bogus calls during one of the games his Young Money team was playing in. Wayne and his squad allegedly went after the referee and proceeded to spit on him all while chasing him out of the building. You can check out a video clip of the brawl here: https://youtu.be/6RMWeEQzWyw
