Call me Caitlyn Halloween Costume Receives MAJOR backlash

The transgender community is definitely not laughing about this latest story. 

Hollywood Toys & Costumes has created a “Call Me Caitlyn” halloween costume that many people are outraged by.

The costume reportedly comes with a padded corset, wig, and pageant sash, and is meant to poke fun at Caitlyn Jenner’s recent Vanity Fair cover where she officially came out transgender. 

Social media users have slammed the costume and company for what they perceive as mocking the transgender community.

But despite the backlash the costume has received since its debut, Derek Rogers, the manager and buyer at Hollywood Toys & Costumes says that the Call me Caitlyn costume is all in good fun and completely harmless.

“I thought it’s a perfect costume. They imitate the president. They do Michael Jackson. It’s all, anybody, anybody’s fair game,” he says.

Sources say that the Call Me Caitlyn costume has been picked up by many online retailers for $49.90.  Another online retail store Spirit Halloween has revamped the costume and is selling it for $74.99.

Caitlyn Jenner Supplies Brooklyn Residents with Condoms

Caitlyn Jenner recently attended NYC’s pride weekend a few weeks ago and volunteered to help the TransLatina coalition in Brooklyn.

Though many fans flocked to Jenner’s side to take selfies with her, she politely declined and kept to her task of passing out condoms and flyers during the TransLatina coalition event addressing ways to prevent HIV. 

Sources say that Jenner’s trip to Brooklyn will be documented in her upcoming series “I Am Cait” which will premiere on E! later this month. 

Jenner will continue to document her new experience as a woman on a new E! docu-series. Jenner's E! documentary “I am Cait” will be an eight part series that will premiere on July 26 at 9 p.m. EST.

Bruce Jenner Call Me Caitlyn First Photo as a Woman

It's the biggest reveal of 2015 for sure ... Bruce Jenner as a woman, and the pic is dramatic. 

The name's now Caitlyn. She posed for the cover of Vanity Fair's July issue and it was shot by famed celeb photographer Annie Leibovitz.

It's interesting the name is spelled with a C and not a K ... possibly a break from the Kardashian Klan.

In the Diane Sawyer interview Bruce made it clear he was saying farewell to his male persona. This pic is a full reveal of the transformation.

Bruce Jenner Did NOT Have Gender Reassignment Surgery

A report surfaced on Tuesday claiming that Bruce Jenner had undergone full gender reassignment surgery, but a source told Access Hollywood otherwise.

Radar reported that Jenner had surgery three weeks ago and is now legally considered a woman, but a source close to Jenner told Access this is not true.

The source said all the facts in the Radar story are fabricated. When asked about their story, Radar spokesperson told Access, "We stand by our reporting."

The source also went on to say that reports of the 65-year-old Olympian being seen sporting blonde hair are also not true.

In Jenner's sit-down interview with Diane Sawyer which aired in April, he said, "Yes, for all intents and purposes, I am a woman," but clarified that he had not undergone gender reassignment at the time

Bruce Jenner's Mom Supports his Transition

It’s been only a few days since the news broke out that Bruce Jenner is transitioning to become a woman and now his mother speaking publicly to voice her opinion on the transformation.

Though Bruce’s mother Esther admitted that it was “a shock” to learn that her son wants to become a woman, she revealed that she is in full support of his decision.

"The family is close and very supportive of Bruce, and we're supportive of each other,” Bruce’s mom said, adding that he  told her,'Mom, I'm still the same person. I’m still going to race cars, I'm still going to fly airplanes, and I'm going to get my helicopter license.’”

Meanwhile, Bruce’s ex Kris Jenner isn’t as pleased about the news.

Sources claim that Kris freaked out when Bruce revealed his transition to her and the girls during a family meeting. Kris and Bruce allegedly got into a big argument about it because couldn’t believe what she was hearing.
