I am a 26-year old woman who loves social media and graphic design, and loves engaging in various topics. I am extremely opinionated and speak about what I am thinking and social issues, especially those affecting the youth. I have been on twitter since 2011 and have a following of 8200+ followers, with an impacted reach of 13 million people – both nationally and internationally – as I speak to a lot of people on the daily online, pushing out anything from 50 to 100 tweets a day, and gaining an additional 25 new followers a day.

From 220 pounds to 155 and a size18 to 6/8!  She is now a certified trainer and motivator from the TRI state area who is progressively climbing her way up her own fitness lane! With or with out a gym, Tory has helped plenty women and men mentally, physically, and naturally reach their fitness goalsby exercising, proper nutrition, and self awareness.

Have you ever realized that the more you grow, and the more positive energy you give off, the more you are tested? I am learning at a very rapid pace that the more you grow the more obstacles you will have to conquer. You will find yourself coming face to face with all of your demons, at which point you will have to address things within yourself that need to be worked on. This requires one to be completely honest with themselves, comfortably acknowledging their weaknesses and problem areas.

Once you recognize the problem, you can work on the solution. I recognized a pattern of events that have been happening for a long time, some of them even lasted for years at a time. It wasn't until I switched up my approach to how I handled situations that I realized how much I had to do with the cause and/or the effect of the problems. As I began to grow and make these necessary changes for the better, I started seeing people that I was once really close with start drifting away, slowly but surely. A lot of that has to do with the fact that some people are uncomfortable with change. I've even attempted to hold on to some of these people, by simply discussing with them the ways I have come to discover my newly found inner peace. The result of that was me, my beliefs, and the knowledge gained being made into a mockery.
