While promoting his indie film, “The Girl Is in Trouble” Columbus spoke to E! News about his upcoming projects since leaving “Scandal.”

Though Columbus admits he misses being apart of Olivia Pope & Associates, he says that he is currently working on his music and acting career.

"I'm not only back but it's about to be a problem for Hollywood because we're going to go big," he said. "I'm excited, but I'm also humbled and grateful.”

"I'm just saying it wouldn't be a shock,” he replied.

He added, "Big things are happening. I’m going to be bridging my music career with my acting career.”
