When we think about “vibrations” in its literal form, we might imagine a glass of water rippling from music with a deep bass, or our phones as they beep in our pocket. Our own vibrations are not so simplistic.
Everything in the universe gives off a vibration – for humans, this encompasses our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. My daily cup of tea are Abraham Hicks workshops, spoken affirmations by Louise Hay or Michael Losier and his amazing motivational speeches. Listen to any motivational audio recording at least 30 minutes a day and watch how your life changes for the better.
You do not need to sit and stare into the monitor. Your goal is to listen to high vibration words. When you are listening to any motivational audio, you can cook or clean, but always pay the greatest attention to the audio recording.

Taking time out
Most of us are just too busy to focus on what we really want out of life. Take a week, take a month (take a whole year!) off from your usual daily habits such as working and paying your bills, and just focus on what centers you.
What’s your one thing that makes you happy, no matter what? What do you want out of life? What’s making you unhappy, causing those negative vibrations to weigh you down?
Think about it and write it out – write down your goals, your “bucket list” and read it every day. One day, you will complete that list and write out a new one!

Music is meditation in its own right. A great album can help just as much as talking out your troubles with a trusted friend, and can help banish negative thoughts through positive thinking.
Let music speak to your soul. Find someone you love to listen to and a beat that makes you feel content. Allow the rhythm of the instruments to flow through you and give youlife, and that positive energy will rise up in you!

Surround yourself with positive vibrations
Easier said than done. People who give off negative vibes can make us feel negative in turn. Surround yourself with positive people, friends and family that will build you up and make you feel good about yourself.
But don’t forget that those who suffer from negative energy might need your positive vibes too – building people up as they do with you can make you feel amazing. Helping out others can really center you and make you appreciate the great things you have in life.
Your goal is not to help individuals who are full of negativity, but to help these individuals as soon as you yourself are full of positive energy.
