The Gratitude List
I know that we’re going through a shift where our regular lives have all but come to a screeching halt.
Let’s not be in despair so much so that we forget that we do have things to be grateful for.
Last week, I laid on the couch in the sunroom. I felt the the sun’s rays on my skin for the first time in seventeen days after being in quarantine.
I took my journal & made my gratitude list.
I thought about who, what, when, & where that brought me joy in the first quarter of this year.
It doesn’t take a lot of time. It’s a really simple task.
At the end of every quarter, make a gratitude list.
By the end of the year, you’ll see that you’ve had an abundance of blessings sitting in your lap the whole time.
I’ll leave you with this notion, how do you ever expect to be blessed with what you ask for when you’re not even thankful for what you have now?
